Through initiatives such as Rasoi Pahadi, entrepreneurship and livelihood programs, awareness on legal rights and government schemes, financial and digital literacy, leadership development, and community engagement, women gain practical experience that prepares them for real-life challenges and opportunities. We encourage women to build confidence, earn with dignity, preserve local traditions, and become active decision-makers within their families and communities.
